The Lot is sold for the term of Twenty-one years from the 9th day of February, 1926, with the right of renewal for a further term of 9 years at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Fish-pond Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Govern- ment Notification No. 570 of 1924 and Special Conditions 1 (a) and (b).

No. S. 29.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should · be clearly marked "Tender for repairs to the sea wall foundations at Queen's Pier", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 8th day of February, 1926. The work consists of the deposition of pell-mell rubble in front of the sea wall and the strengthening of its foundations by cement concrete filling.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
