Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 2, have not hitherto been used by the Ap- plicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of Snow Cream, in Class 48.

Trade Mark No. 3 has been used by the Applicants since the year 1921, in respect of Snow Cream, in Class 48.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the re presentation of the Jar in each mark.
