No. S. 12.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Hongkong, at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, the 26th day of January, 1926.

The Lot is sold for the term of Twenty-one years from the 26th day of January, 1926, with the right of renewal for a further term of 9 years at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Fish-pond Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Govern- ment Notification No. 570 of 1924 and Special Conditions 1 (a) to (c).
