URSUANT to Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Businesses Ordinance No. 25, of 1923, notice is hereby given that by an Indenture dated the 8th day of December, 1925, The Fu Chan Preserved Fruit Company, of No. 1 Morrison Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, transferred their whole concern to Tong Tak Ting, for and on behalf of the Hop Tak Teng Firm, of the same ad- dress. The Transferees intend to carry on the said business under the same firm name and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said business.
