The Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900. -

No. 656.–It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of the piece of land, being portion of Section A of Inland Lot No. 1276, which adjoins the southern or Queen's Road West boundary of such section and which has a width of 11 inches, a length of 14 feet 10 inches and an area of 14 square feet, is constituted as follows :-

Lieut. Col. FREDERICK EAVES, D.S.O., Barrister-at-Law, Justice of the Peace,

Chairman.

Mr. JOHN SUTHERLAND MCLAREN, Cadet Officer, nominated by His Excellency

the Governor.

Mr. JOHN CAER CLARK, Architect, nominated by the Chairman on behalf of the

owner.

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Friday, the 3rd day of December, 1926, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon at the Board Room of The Sanitary Board,Post Office Buildings, Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.

Any person claiming compensation, whether as owner or otherwise, by reason of such resumption must, before the commencement of the sittings of the Board, transmit to the Colonial Secretary for transmission to the Board a written claim, stating the nature of his right or interest in the land and the amount which he seeks to recover.
