EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 610.

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870, Ordinance No. 2 of 1870, on the 5th day of November, 1926.

Children's Playground, Kowloon.

1. In these regulations, unless a contrary intention appears, "playground" includes all buildings, fences and other erections belonging to or used with the playground.

2. No unauthorised person shall post or exhibit any notice in the playground.

3. No person, unless authorised by the Superintendent of the Botanical and Forestry Department, shall enter any portion of the playground as to which a subsisting notice is or may be exhibited to the effect that the same is closed by order of such Superintendent.

4. No person carrying a load shall enter the playground unless specially authorised.

5. No person shall enter or be in the playground unless properly clothed.

6. No person shall take into or have with him in the playground any dog which is not on leash.

7. All persons using the playground shall conduct themselves in a quiet, decent and orderly manner.

8. No person shall put his feet on any seat in the playground nor shall any person lie upon any seat or in any building therein.

9. No person shall cut, mark, deface or injure any of the playground property.

10. No male person over 13 years of age shall use any swing, spring-board or other appliance erected in the playground for the use and amusement of children.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Public Places Regula- tion Ordinance, 1870, Ordinance No. 2 of 1870, this 10th day of November, 1926.

The area hitherto known as Area D of Queen's Recreation Ground is hereby declared not to be a public place for the purposes of the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870.
