An Ordinance to amend the Volunteer Ordi-

nance, 1920.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Volunteer Short title. Amendment Ordinance, 1926.

2. Paragraph (d) of section 2 of the Volunteer Ordi- Amendment nance, 1920, is amended by the addition at the end of Ordinance thereof of the words ", except that in the second line 1920, s. 2. of paragraph (a) the term 'officer' includes an officer of His Majesty's regular forces."
