REPORT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE.-The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee (No. 7), dated 26th August, 1926, and moved its adoption.

TRADE LOAN BILL.-The Attorney General moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled An Ordinance to charge a certain loan upon the general revenue and assets of the Colony of Hong Kong.
