4. The earth connection shall where possible consist of a buried plate or tube in the ground external to the building. Where this arrangement is not possible a soldered con- nection should be made to the water pipe. On no account shall a gas pipe be used as an earth.

5. The licensee shall not divulge or allow to be divulged to any person, other than a duly authorised officer of the Government or a competent legil tribunal, or use in any way whatsoever, any message received by means of the station, other than time signals, musical performances, messages seat for general reptio, al messiges sent solely for experimental purposes from an authorised experimental sen ling station.

6. The station shall be open to inspection at all times by any person who produces a written authority to inspect, either general or particular, signed by the Postmaster General, and this licence shall be producel to any such person upon request by him.

NOTE.-1. If it is desired to continue to maintain the station or to retain possession of the apparatus after the date of expiration of this licence, a fresh licence must be taken out not later than the date o such expiration. Heavy penalties are provided by the Ordinance for maintaining a wireless station or posses- sing the apparatus without a valid current licence.

2. If it is desired to transfer the station to another aldress than that specified in this liceuce, it is necessary first to obtain the permission of the Post master General and to pay the prescribed fee of $1.

3. This licence may be cancelled by the Postmaster General at any tim, either by notice in writing addressed to the licensee at the address specifiel in the licence, or by a general notice in the Government Gazette, or in such other way as he may think fit. Any coutravention of any of the conditions specified in the licence may cause cancellation of the licence.
