Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Wireless Tele- graphy Ordinance, 1926, Ordinance No. 11 of 1926, on the 9th day of September, 1926.

Wireless Telegraphy Regulations, 1926.

1. The grant of every licence under these regulations shall be discretionary, and every licence granted under these regulations may be cancelled at any time upon such notice by the respective licensing authority as he may think fit, without compensation and without the return of any part of the licence fee.

2. The forms of licence shall be those set out in the Schedule, with such variations (if any) as the respective licensing authority indicated in the form may think fit to

make.

3. The following fees shall be charged, and shall be payable in advance :- For a ship station licence, for each year commencing on the 1st January or for part of such year, in respect of each ship to which the licence applies,..

For a receiving station licence, for each year commencing on the

date of the licence.........

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME I

Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Depen- dencies and Vice-Admiral of the same send greeting:

WHEREAS

(hereinafter called "the licensee") is desirous of establishing installing work- ing and using on a ship or ships belonging to the licensee wireless telegraphy as defined in section 2 of the Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance, 1926:

AND WHEREAS by reason of the provisions of the Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance, 1926, it is unlawful to establish any wireless telegraph station or instal or work any apparatus for wireless telegraphy in any place in the Colony or on board any British ship registered in the Colony except under and in accordance with a licence granted in that behalf by the Governor:
