The Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, Table L, Quarantine Regulations.
It is hereby proclaimed by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Tsingtao is a place at which an infectious.or contagious disease prevails,

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870, Ordinance No. 2 of 1870, on the 2nd day of September, 1926.
Regulation 6 of the regulations made under the above Ordinance and set out on pages 12-15 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, under the heading "Other Recreation Grounds" is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following proviso:--
'Provided nevertheless that no unauthorised person shall enter, or be in or upon any pavilion used in connection with any recreation ground in the said public places."
No. 473.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to order, under section 2 of the Rating (Refunds) Ordinance, 1926, Ordinance No. 3 of 1926, that refund of rates for the third quarter of the year 1926 be made in any case where, although a tenement has not been wholly vacant, two or more floors thereof have been vacant during the whole of any month in the said quarter: Such refund will not be of the whole of the rates attributable to such vacant floors but will be made having regard to the allowance in the assessment for partial vacancy: No refund of rates for the said quarter will be made in any case where such rates have not been paid in advance as required by the Rating Ordinance, 1901.
The concession intimated in Government Notification No. 96 of 1926 is confirmed as regards refunds in respect of the months of February and March, and the second quarter of the year 1926; but no concession under such notification or under this order is to be claimed or expected in respect of any period after the third quarter of 1926.
