the I have received from Permanent Bureau informing us of the accession of the People's Republic of China to the Service Convention. It is up to those States which have ratified the Convention to object, before 1 December, should they so wish, otherwise the Convention will automatically enter into force for the People's Republic.
Although from the accompanying declarations it seems that China will give fairly restricted effect to the provisions of the Convention, unless you or copy recipients have any reasons to to its conclude otherwise,
