As the proposals for providing the SIZ are within the agreed parameters, the Government proposes to confirm that it has no objections but that CLP should undertake with the Government a detailed study of costs, technical implications and effects on the scheme of control of the probable request to extend the supply to the whole of the SSEZ. Members will be advised of the outcome.
