Much though I dislike this latest problem with the DOI I think we shall find it hard to escape with conceding nothing at all in view of the general importance of colour TV production as the base for many of the more advanced information technology products to come. But we need to concede as little as possible.

6 I am copying this and the enclosures to Dick Clift at the FCO; I haven't troubled him up to now given our attempt here to spin things out as long as possible.
