HONG KONG AND GENERAL DEPARTMENT

General assistance to two DS7 Desk Officers, including

reasearch, collation and clearance with other departments

of briefs and parliamentary answers.

Dealing with matters (over the full range of Hong Kong

Section subjects) delegated to her when the desk officers

and Head of Section are pre-occupied with more urgent tasks.

Replying to letters from members of the public on the future

of Hong Kong.

Dealing with general enquiries to relieve desk officers and

Head of Section.
