1. I spoke to Mr Rooney, NTD to ask if we should send a chaser telegram to those territories who had not yet replied to

2. Apparently, NTD have received replies from all the territories. There were a few lagging behind but reminders were sent and replies received (none of those telegrams have been copied to HKGD).
3. Mr Rooney has today completed a resume of the territories reaction; in general they do not foresee any difficulties. However he will send over a copy of his summary.
