Depending on the final form of the

Order-in-Council

for cut-off date for accepting application for naturalization and registration as HKBDTC, such records will be transferred to UK at an appropriate time between January and April 1997 (exact date to be decided at a later stage). When such naturalization and registration process has been wound up, the space for other purpose and the staff available for redeployment is shown at Annex IX.
