I attach a copy of a letter dated 8 July from Francis Cheung in Hong Kong about the transfer of UK related records. From your visits to Hong Kong earlier this year you will be aware of their problems in separating their records as we would like. Mr Cheung is now formally putting forward the proposal he discussed with us during our visits on how to solve these problems. I should therefore be grateful for your comments on his letter as soon as possible (you will notice that he has asked for a reply this month) so that I can send him a reply.
