records which are in microjacket form at Annex II and those

which are in paper form at Annex III.

I will write to you separately in respect of the transfer schedule for the various records (including records in the paper form, the warning indexes, the policy files etc.), the segregation of the computer index, the segregation of the UK-related records from the 3,000 back-up microfilms in roll form etc. at a later date.
