I would be grateful for your comments and those of copy addressees, on the attached draft which instructs Mr Davies to approach the Director of the Buildings and Lands Department in Hong Kong for permission to make space available in the Consulate-General Building for the British Chamber of Commerce.

2. I would be grateful for any guidance which you or copy addressees can give on whether British Chambers of Commerce are, elsewhere in the world, housed with the Consulate (see tiret 4 of speaking note).
