than charges for
storage, cartage
and similar
intended for their establishment.
The
services, on articles for their personal use including
articles
articles shall not exceed the quantities necessary for
direct utilization by the persons concerned.
14. Goods which have been imported under paragraphs 11 and
ނ
13 above shall not be given away, sold, hired out or
otherwise
disposed
of unless
the
appropriate
authorities have been notified in advance and any
necessary duties and taxes paid.
15.
The Government of Hong Kong shall provide by way of
administrative arrangement
for VIP facilities to be
accorded t
to the Head of the Office and members of
his/her family travelling with him and forming part of
his/her household.
This shall include special
arrangements for immigration examination and exemption
from customs inspection.
16.
Provision shall be made, by way of administrative
of the staff of the
