The Embassy of Sweden presents its compliments to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and has the honour to ask for the kind assistance in the following matter.

The Swedish Government has appointed Mr Mikael Westerlind Consul-General of Sweden in Hong Kong, to succeed the present Consul-General, Mr Ulf Norström. A curriculum vitae of Mr Westerlind is enclosed. The Embassy of Sweden would be grateful if the recognition of this appointment could be obtained through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
