Miss Evans would like to briefed on the layout of the Consulate-General, particularly the commercial and confidential areas. I have been commissioned by NTCD and MVD to talk to you about the siting of the large machines - lektrievers

lektrievers which we will be taking on from Hong Kong Immigration Department to house back files. We were in touch with OED when the question of lektrievers first came up to check on floor loadings so you should have information about these within OED. I attach a record of a recent meeting with NTCD and MVD to give you further background.
