SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS (SOR)

1. The SOR (dated Nov 92) now needs to be revised in the light of staff changes recommended in the MRS review (dated June 93) and proposals to increase the space allocated for the British Chamber of Commerce. I now attach a draft revision of the SOR and should be grateful for addressees approval/comments to it by 5 January 1994.

2.

The deadline has been set to allow time to assess the implications (if any) of the revised SOR, on the current design layouts (including A/C, power, electrics, IT and telephones) before we start on the pre-tender estimate stage of the project. The latter is due to occur in mid-January 94 and at that stage it is sensible for the Consultants to have all the updated information on the SOR and design changes as any change order after this stage is likely to be more expensive. Hopefully any design changes will be minimal and not affect the current tight programme for the project.
