Thank you for your minute of 26 February explaining the cost savings which will result from the removal of the first floor lind between the two buildings.

2. Mr Ricketts has commented that there is now a reasonable case for omitting the link, particularly since local users appear to be content. Mr Hum has agreed. He has also agreec that there is no need for this to bo back to the Steering Committee.
