Included is the deletion of the ramp to level 38.500, a reduction in excavation depths and caisson retaining walls.
Cost study to delete all parking except 20 spaces behind security desk.
Included is the reduction in excavation caisson retaining walls, structural costs, finishes and services and cost savings in parking stacking devices. This cost is similar to Option 7 studied previously plus savings in caisson retaining walls due to review by the structural engineers.
Cost study to delete residential floors.
As per previous studies saving per floor of the residential building is approximately $2m.
