Special Condition 13

Alienation

Unless the prior written approval of the Director is obtained the Grantee shall not assign, mortgage, charge, demise, underlet, part with the possession of or otherwise dispose of or encumber the lot or any part thereof or any building or part of any building thereon or enter into any agreemenmt so to do, except in so far as the provision of accommodation for and permitting the British Coundil to occupy the same for its official activities shall not constitute a breach of this

Special Condition.

Special Condition 7

User

The lot or any part therof or any building or buildings erected or to be erected theron shall not be used for any purpose other than for the purpose of :-

(a)

accommodating the British Consulate General and such ancillary accommodation as may be required for the purpose of the Consulate-General including residential accommodation for

security and duty officers; and

(b) accommodating the British Council for the purposes of such educational and cultural activities as it may undertake with the approval of the Director, provided that the approval of the director shall not be unreasonably withheld.
