The lot or any part thereof or any building or erected or to be erected thereon shall not be used for
any purpose other than for the purpose of :-
(a)

the
accommodating the British Consulate-General and such ancillary accommodation as may be required for the purpose

The Grantee shall landscape and plant with trees and shrubs any portion of the lot and podium (if any) not built upon and thereafter maintain and keep the same in a clean, neat and tidy condition all to the satisfaction of the Director.
(10)
The Grantee shall not do or permit or suffer anything to be done at any time in or upon the lot or any part thereof or any building or any part of any building erected thereon which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance or which may cause damage or inconvenience to the Government or to the Owners or occupiers of any adjoining or neighbouring lot or lots. or premises.
Subject to these Conditions, upon development or redevelopment (which term refers solely to redevelopment contemplated in General Condition No. 8 hereof) of the lot or any part thereof :-

thereon shall in all respects comply
