The Solicitor General said that he would welcome that step on the part of the Minister of Justice and his willingness to take a completely fresh look. He hoped that the Minister would conclude that the matter could be resolved by an order for extradition. As to the question of resolution without awaiting the decision of the Conscil, he hoped that the Minister of Justice would be prepared to consider a written representation on that point. The Minister of Justice said that he would.
