I have now completed an initial perusal of the observations filed on behalf of Dr Rais Saniman.

With regard to Part I headed "Facts", I believe that there are a number of factual errors in the account put forward by DRS. For example, there were not two murders. The verdict on the second death was suicide. I think that most of these factual errors have been debated at various stages of the proceedings in France but you will no doubt find it helpful if we prepare a short memorandum dealing with them.
