and Lorrain Osman should stand trial in respect of

general manager of "BMFL" has been granted immunity
from prosecution provided always that he gives full and
true evidence as a crown witness.
Now that Osman has
been returned to Hong Kong it is proposed that he and
Tan stand trial as soon as is practicable.
