I enclose our proposed objectives for the coming FY. comprise a short general section (what some posts call - inaccurately - long-term objectives) followed by detailed objectives for each Section. I am afraid that the whole document is rather long, but in order to make assessment easier it is important to have objectives which we can identify as applying to individual officers (and in turn these form the core of the personal objectives for their Performance

Appraisal). So the structure makes sense in management terms.
