impose a visa regime on BN (0)s and HKBDTCs as the Schengen

countries?

A12. Competence for the European Community CVL will pass to the

Community with the entry into force of the Treaty on European

Union. This has not yet occurred and a post Maastrict EC CVL

has not yet been determined.
