3. On (ii) I see from Hong Kong telno 203 that this is a point you are already addressing in the context of arrangements with Austria and Mauritius. It is a point that we have been giving some thought to here and interested departments are in the process of reviewing how we might help promote acceptability of BNO/BOC passports. In this context it would be most useful if you could let us have as soon as possible a copy of your latest list of countries which allow visa-free entry by HKBDTC and BN (0) passport holders.
