of Ministerial
Resolution no. 0212/RE
dated April 24, 1991 the representatives
of
the Ministry
of Foreign Relations to the Inter-Sectorial Commission of the draft "Migration-Investment Program" were designated;
That
the Ministry of Foreign Relations
supervise the migration policy;
shall
With the vote of approval of the Council of Ministers and with the obligation of reporting to Congress;
Has enacted the following Legislative Decree:
CHAPTER I
OBJECTIVES, DEFINITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY
Article 1.
This
Legislative Decree regulates the application of the Migration Investment Program which is destined to facilitate the entry into the country foreigners that wish to contribute capital and invest
Peru.
Article .2.
"Qualified Immigrants"
shall be foreigners with moral and economic solvency and that have been qualified by the Diplomatic Representations
