The Consulate General of Peru presents its compliments to the Honourable Foreign and Commonwealth Office and has the honour to inform of a Migration-Investment Programme planned by the Peruvian Government with which a Peruvian Passport and Immigrant Visa are issued to foreign citizens who want to in vest in Peru under this Programme, and whose applications has been approved.
This Consulate General has been instructed by the Pe ruvian Government to notify the British Authorities that such a passport is already in use and holds the same rights as or dinary Peruvian passports.
Samples of the above mentioned passports and visas will be forwarded as soon as this Consulate General receives them from the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Enclosed is an unofficial translation of Legislative Decree No 663 of 29/8/91 related to the above mentioned Pro
gramme.
The Consulate General of Peru avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Honourable Foreign and Commonwealth Office the assurances of its highest consideration.
