(h) the authority to determine the question of acquisition of citizen- ship of another country, the procedure to be followed by such autho- rity and rules of evidence relating to such cases ;

(i) the procedure to be followed by the Committees of Inquiry appointed under Sec. 10 and the conferment on such committees of any of the powers, rights and privileges of civil courts;

(j) the manner in which applications for revision may be made and the procedure to be followed by the Central Government in dealing with such applications; and

(k) any other matter which is to be, or may be, prescribed under this Act.

(3) In making any rule under this section, the Central Government may provide that a breach thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.

(4) All rules made under this section shall, as soon as may be after they are made, be laid for not less than fourteen days before both Houses of Parlia ment and shall be subject to such modifications as Parliament may make during the session in which they are so laid.

B. The Republic of Ireland,

Explanation. In this schedule, "United Kingdom" means the Unite Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and includes the Channe Islands, the Isle of Man and all Colonies; and "Commonwealth of Australia includes the territories of Papua and the territory of Norfolk Island,
