We have been asked to produce some defensive briefing for Mr Goodlad who is meeting the Indian Foreign Minister next week. I should be grateful to know therefore, if you are yet in a position to let us have the answer about people of Indian origin holding BDTC and BN (0) passports being able to apply for Indian citizenship if they wish. With
