Dear Sir,

Application Forms for British National (Overseas) Passport

As you may be aware, since the implementation of the BN (0) phased registration programme in July 1993, there

there have been frequent reports about problems encountered by Hong Kong BDTCs in obtaining application forms for BN(0) passports from Overseas Posts. To address the problem, we have explored feasibility of providing the relevant forms to local relatives/friends for their despatch to Hong Kong BDTCs abroad. Mr John Woodrow of the FCO has now confirmed that they have no objection to our giving out the forms in Hong Kong.

In this connection, I should be grateful if you could let us have

an initial supply of the following application forms and Notes by Diplomatic Bag as soon as possible :
