BRITISH NATIONAL (OVERSEAS) PHASED REGISTRATION PROGRAMME

FCO telno 191 to Abidjan dated 23 July informed posts of the arrangements for the phased programme for registration of BDTCs as BN (0) S.

Paragraph four of the telegram stated that a set of criteria for accepting late BN(0) applications had been drawn up by y department and would be incorporated in to the DSP shortly.

To date, we have not received guidance on the criteria for accepting late applications and are not therefore able to advise enquirers. should be grateful to know when we can expect to receive the guidance as we have had a number of applicants trying to apply after the Headline of 30 Cctober.
