Mr Kelly has copied me Miss Ho's letter to you of 18 February 1993 about amendments to BN (0) Passport Application Forms.
I agree that paragraph (a) should be deleted. I also broadly agree with the first suggested revision to paragraph (b) but would it not be more helpful to applicants to show the dates which will be specified in the Order in Council. Otherwise how will they know what they are. Again from a customer care point of view I would have thought it preferable to include something on consular protection. The wording in Mr Kelly's note seems appropriate.
