Thank you for incorporating our comments in the second draft of the proposed Order.

I agree with you that a consequential amendment to Article 22(5)(a) is not necessary, My comments on the second draft are as

follows :-

Page 3, Clause 4

I suggest we make the term "percentage" more specific by adding something like the following to the end of line 2

"who appear to the Governor to have been working in Hong Kong in that group or occupation on the common date of the first period".

Page 4, Clause 5

For the definition of C, please consider whether it is necessary to add "in Hong Kong" after "working", since this is done for A. This comment also applies to New Article 10(3).
