I attach the

first draft of the Hong Kong (British Nationality) (Amendment) Order 1993 by which it is proposed to set cut-off dates for applications by BDTCs for BN(0) status. are to keep to the timetable of getting the Order approved by May we need to have comments on the draft within a fortnight.

I would ask Mrs Kellas and Mr Burgess to let me know if they wish to be copied into the further correspondence on this subject.
