Points for outstanding achievements etc.

6. The scheme is also thought to give insufficient points for exceptional merit or outstanding achievement awards, whether

occupation-related, or for voluntary work or acts of bravery. Hong Kong would like to see the 20-30 points available for such

service cannot be taken into account at present unless the JP

belongs to an organisation.
