Thank you for your fax of 10 September enclosing a letter from Annette Evans of the Refugee Review Tribunal.

I am sorry that it has taken us so long to let you have a reply but we have had to consult Hong Kong about this.

I am afraid that we cannot let the Refugee Review Tribunal have a reply to their first question as it would be inappropiate. However with regard to their second question Hong kong have provided us with the enclosed list of the number of PRC nationals transitting Hong Kong which you may like to pass on to the Refugee Review Tribunal.
