the proposed new town visit from 4:45 pm 5:45 pm to be cancelled to allow the delegation sufficient time to get to the
airport; and
(ii) Mrs Pavla Zieleniecova's visit to the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology to be shortened by half an hour i.e. to finish at 4:00 pm instead of 4:30 pm
Regarding hotel accommodation, the normal check out time is 12:00 noon. If the group prefers to check out before departure 1.e. around 5:00 pm they will have to pay half day room charges for late check out. The alternative is for them to check out before noon and leave luggage at the hotel for collection prior to travelling to airport. Please advise their preference.
