Czech Foreign Minister and Party

Your letters dated 16 & 18 June to Ms Anne Shepherd,

DPS/GH refer.

Accommodation: We have now made bookings for 21 persons of the business delegation including Mr Miroslav Samonil, and members numbered 18 (Ivo Petrik), 19 (Petr Kulovany) and 20 (Vladimir Stanura) plus 9 twin-bed rooms for crew members at the Evergreen Plaza. A suite for the Foreign Minister has been arranged with the Furama Hotel.

Transport: Transfer will always be readily available at the Furama Hotel for the two main parties to join.

As you rightly pointed out, this can be sorted out on arrival.

4.

Transport provided for the Minister will be capable of accommodating an extra passenger throughout the programme. There should he no problem with ૐ bodyguard accompanying Mrs Zielenecova on her University trip which will now end at 4:00 pm (instead of 4:30 pm).
