We do not normally provide escorts to our visitors and in this instance, we did not receive any request for an escort for Mrs Zieleniecova beforehand. She apparently expected one and refused to go when she found out that there was none. When my ground staff discovered this, she explained the situation to Mrs Zieleniecova; she appeared happier as a result.
