Private Treaty Grant and Lease from HKG of Colvin House site completed. Project Manager appointed (Swire Group).

Architect T Farrell & Co. Ltd appointed.

HKG consulted. Possible use of former GCHQ flats at Pendragon not favoured.

Design and construction to be implemented for completion during 1996.

Secure appropriate housing.
