WILL THE WORK OF THE JLG BE AFFECTED?

Disappointing that there was so little progress at the JLG meeting in London last December. There is a lot of business piling up. Joint Declaration commits both Governments to closer co-operation in the JLG in the second half of the transition period.

Much of the JLG's agenda is technical or legal. But it is important that it should be completed on time, in the interests of individuals and businesses in Hong Kong.
